Vineland, NJ - The Vineland Police Department has charged an unlicensed driver and passenger in a fatal three-vehicle collision that occurred late last year.
Ramona Sansalone was driving her vehicle on North Lincoln Avenue near Maple Avenue in Vineland around 2:00 p.m. on November 4th, 2025, when her vehicle collided with a truck pulling an 18-foot trailer. According to police, her vehicle hit the back of the trailer as the truck was pulling into a driveway.
The collision sent Sansalone’s car into oncoming traffic, causing a head-on collision with an SUV. Sansalone was airlifted to Cooper University Hospital in Camden, where she later succumbed to her injuries.

At the time of the accident, the 36-year-old female passenger in the truck said she was driving the vehicle, alleging the unlicensed driver was not behind the wheel. Following an investigation, police arrested the real driver on June 6th and charged him with being unlicensed during a motor vehicle crash and hindering apprehension.
Police have also charged the female passenger who initially identified herself as the driver with providing false information to law enforcement
