Philadelphia Man Found Guilty in Plot to Murder Vineland, NJ Prosecutor

New Jersey Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin announced that Stephen Smink, 62, from Philadelphia, has been found guilty in a plot to kill Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae.

In a statement, Attorney General Platkin said “This defendant planned to kill public servants for doing their jobs and putting him behind bars for crimes he previ0usly committed”
