According to the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s office, multiple teenagers and a 20 year old were involved in a deadly shooting that took place last weekend.

According to authorities, Trasouf J. Bennett drove up in a vehicle, where he shot and killed Roshaud Rhett, 20, on Saturday June 14, along the 300 block of Maurice Street in Millville, NJ.

  • Both Trasouf J. Bennett and James L. Henry are still on the loose, they are both considered armed and dangerous.

  • Alijah Cruz, the 16 year old runaway, may be in the company of Trasouf J. Bennett.

Police say James L. Henry, a 19 year old from Millville, returned fire at Trasouf J. Bennett as he drove away, and several charges have been filed against him.

Authorities also believe that Alijah Cruz, 16, may have been in the vehicle with Bennett during the shooting, and is considered a runaway.
