Earlier this morning, officers responded to East Landis Avenue and Main Road with a report of a crash with severe injuries.
According to investigators, Chao J. Lu, 51, of Vineland, struct Efrain DeLatorre-Valdesp, 72, of Vineland. DeLatorre was pronounced dead at the scene, while Lu was taken to Inspira for non-life-threatening injuries. Lu also had a passenger, who was taken to Cooper University Hospital.
