BREAKING: Vineland Gun Store Accused of selling AR-15 ammo without asking for ID

BREAKING: Vineland Gun Store Accused of selling AR-15 ammo to undercover investigators without asking for ID.

The Office of the Attorney General revealed lawsuits against Butch’s Gun World in Vineland, alleging the store sold AR-15 ammunition to undercover investigators on multiple occasions without asking for ID.

In March, Butch’s Gun World allegedly sold a 20-round box of AR-15 ammunition along with a handgun magazine to an undercover investigator. Then in June, a different salesperson at the store reportedly sold a 1,000-round case of assault rifle ammunition to another undercover operative, according to Ravi Ramanathan.

The lawsuits were filed after an investigation by the newly formed Statewide Affirmative Firearms Enforcement Office, established to enforce compliance with state laws within the firearms industry.
