Bojangles’ long-awaited expansion to South Jersey is officially happening next month, opening their Vineland, NJ location. The popular southern chain has confirmed the Vineland, NJ location is scheduled to open on March 24, 2026.

The new restaurant takes over the former Burger King at 3341 S. Delsea Drive, just minutes from the Cumberland Mall and Route 55, making it a convenient stop for commuters, shoppers, and local residents.

Founded in 1977 in Charlotte, North Carolina, Bojangles has built a loyal following across the southeast for its hand-breaded fried chicken, scratch-made biscuits, and signature iced-tea. The Vineland, NJ opening marks another step in the brand’s continued growth throughout the northeast.

While the new restaurant is expected to serve it’s signature chicken and biscuits, there has been controversary over menu changes at New Jersey locations. Earlier this year, when the first location opened in Piscataway, NJ, Bojangles did not serve bone-in chicken. Unfortunately, the Vineland, NJ location will not serve bone-in chicken.
