Bridgeton, NJ - Authorities have charged a Bridgeton, NJ, man with murder in a fatal shooting that took place last week, and he remains on the run.
Rynell L. Lawrence, 32, was charged Friday with murder, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon and certain persons not to have weapons, the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office said.
Police responded on Wednesday to the Burlington Manor Apartments on South Burlington Road for a report of a gunshot victim, where police found Quashawn T. White, 33, of Newark, with multiple gun shot wounds. White was taken to the hospital, where he died due to his injuries.
